Are your blends organic?

All ingredients in all blends are 100% certified USDA organic and kosher through our accredited vendor. Fair Trade ingredients are labeled as such. Not only do we use organic ingredients, everything from the tea bag to the packing peanuts are biodegradable. We want to make sure that we create a product that is as clean as possible. Good for you, and our earth. :)

Do you ship internationally?

We absolutely offer shipping across the entire globe. If it has an address, we will ship it to you! Items currently ship within 48 hours, via USPS. Please e-mail us at info@phoenixblends.com with your order number if you prefer to use another carrier. Additional charges may apply.

Can I create my own custom blend? How did you come up with the current blends?

Unfortunately, you cannot create your own blend. We hope to one day be able to offer this, but we currently only offer our four custom blends. Our current blends were developed from years of research and testing to help people of color combat common ailments (like high blood pressure and ADHD) and provide support for making healthier choices, no matter their location or lifestyle.

What if I don't want 12 tea bags?

Good news, you can have more! We offer tea in quantities of 12 or 20. We currently do not offer smaller quantities, but if you are unsure and you would like to try samples (2 tea bags) of any flavor, please contact our team at info@phoenixblends.com. Shipping charges will apply for samples.

How long will my tea last?

One whole month (or more!) for a non-regular tea drinker. If you drink tea regularly, it should last you 2-3 weeks. The container your tea comes in is virtually airtight, but it is made of coated cardboard. It is best to store the tea in a cool, dry place, like a pantry. We definitely understand it looks great on a counter or shelf -- just be sure to monitor humidity so that it does not compromise the integrity of the packaging.

What is your return policy?

Our tea is made to order, so it's as fresh as possible when you receive it. We accept order cancellations and full refunds within 48 hours. Once the item is shipped to you, we do not accept returns due to the nature of the product.
